We Are Brilliant

One downfall in almost everyone who has ever lived life could most certainly be that they don't see the beauty within themselves. As days pass on, and we get lost in the whirl of every-day we come to un-appreciate the homes that house our spirits, and the spirit that dwells there. Often times as we trudge through the torrential downpour of hard times, and sad days, we fail to lift the spirit that hangs so low. Like a broken canopy in a seattle rain storm, catching the raindrops being weighed down to its breaking point. This is not unusual.

Sometimes even, we let other spirits burrow themselves in to the same place where our own sleeps. Those other spirits have the tendency of making or breaking everything. When they do, break that is, that house is no longer home, and we are left out in the cold. Rebuilding that house is hard.

That is why we need to step up our game. We need to remember that, "We are born into higher lives than these." That casually living life and not taking care of our spirits make it that much harder to move forward. We are brilliant, we are more than just skin deep. We have potential. Potential to be loved, and love. We have the opportunity to put our hands out to the world and scream out "STOP". Because we, are not of this world. We are the makers of our destiny, the shapers of our homes, the movers of our souls.

Move forward. Keep pushing. Throw open the curtains and let the light stream in. YOU ARE BRILLIANT.
